COS is seeking a Department Manager for our Brighton store. You will lead a dedicated team, deliver outstanding service and drive store performance through coaching, recruiting, and developing talent.
You will partner with the Store Manager to maximise sales, oversee operations and ensure a welcoming, brand-aligned shopping experience. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, based in Brighton.
