Contract Team Leader - Timber

UK Timber Contractor Team Lead (CTL) for Ireland HV timber clearance. Lead crews safely, ensure ESB standards, manage docs, and drive performance. Strong communicator with valid licences.

Job Scope

We are looking for Timber Contractor Team Leaders from the UK to work in Ireland To manage timber crews for large scale HV/MV/LV Timber hazard clearance across Ireland and ensure that works are done to client specification and in accordance with SHEQ standards

Needs to Have

• Min 3 years experience in a tree surgeon role
• At least one year of experience with an electrical utility
• All relevant H&S accreditation and certification (i.e. chainsaw, polesaw, climbing certificate)
• Full Drivers Licence
• Experience in managing teams in a fast paced and process driven environment
• IT proficiency - MS Office

Requirements

• Be responsible for the safe completion of the work.
• Ensure work is completed in a safely and efficiently using ESB approved work methods in accordance with client specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring that all relevant site documentation and client paperwork is completed accurately and as per client SLA
• Ensure that an Electrical Hazard Risk Assessment (EHRA) is completed for each site.
