** Responsibilities*
* * Lead all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality within the project.
* Oversee the customer interface, including managing risks, planning responses, and resolving issues that arise.
* Establish and maintain governance arrangements that align with business management systems.
* Drive project delivery using industry best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and innovative technology.
* Monitor programme performance, controlling profit and loss, and produce regular reporting.
* Manage third-party suppliers to achieve desired project outcomes.
* Coordinate project activities, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Lead project reviews, close-out processes, and lessons learned initiatives.

** Must-have Requirements*
* * Extensive experience in project management, ideally within nuclear or highly regulated environments.
* Full project lifecycle experience, from bid stage to close-out.
* Strong understanding of project governance, contracting methodologies (e.g., NEC3, FIDIC), and stakeholder management.
* Recognised degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent.
* APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) (previously APMP); progressing towards Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status.
* Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, cost control, and schedule management techniques.

** Nice-to-have Skills*
* * IOSH Managing Safely or higher safety qualification.
* Familiarity with nuclear industry standards and compliance frameworks.
