Join us as a Trainee Shift Manager and develop the skills and experience needed to lead a successful Domino’s store. You’ll begin by working as an In-Store Team Member, learning how each part of the operation works before progressing through our dedicated fast-track management development programme.

This foundation will give you the knowledge and confidence to lead your team effectively, deliver excellent customer service and keep a busy store running smoothly.

We believe in developing our own people and promote internally across our business. With more than 250 Domino’s stores in our estate across England, Scotland and Wales, there are plenty of opportunities to build your career, progress into more senior roles or relocate to another part of the UK.

Your pay and progression
  • A flat starting rate of £13.10 per hour for the right candidate
  • An additional KPI bonus of 50p per hour once you are successfully running shifts and achieving the required standards
  • Up to £13.40 per hour, plus the KPI bonus
    , once you are fully trained and able to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Further opportunities to progress into Store Manager and more senior operational roles

Pay progression and bonuses are subject to successful completion of the relevant training, demonstrated capability and achievement of the required performance standards.

What you’ll be working towards

As you progress through your training, you’ll learn how to:

  • Lead and motivate a team during busy shifts
  • Deliver excellent customer service, product quality and order accuracy
  • Keep the store running safely, smoothly and efficiently
  • Coach and support team members to develop their skills and confidence
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Support shift planning and ensure the team is organised effectively
  • Work towards sales, service and operational KPIs
  • Follow Domino’s brand, security, health and safety standards
  • Support store promotions and local marketing activity
  • Take responsibility for running the store in the Store Manager’s absence once fully trained
