WOMAD, part of Real World Group, is seeking a Festival Director to lead WOMAD UK through a new growth phase. This senior role reports to the COO and collaborates with the WOMAD Board and stakeholders, including Peter Gabriel.
As UK Festival Director, you will steer long-term strategy, oversee the annual festival, and drive commercial performance while maintaining the festival’s cultural integrity and audience appeal.
