Contracts Manager - RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee delivery of small to large ground investigation projects from planning through to completion
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high technical standards
  • Manage contract performance, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and support to your team
  • Coordinate resources and support project planning and problem resolution
  • Review project outputs and ensure compliance with industry and company standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and technical specialists
  • Promote a strong Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) culture
  • Support efficient operation of the regional office and facilities
  • Contribute to business development, identify new opportunities, and expand professional networks
Contracts Manager - REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree qualified in Geology or a related discipline
  • Experience managing contracts, projects, or operations within the ground investigation industry
  • Commercially minded with experience managing project finances and operational performance
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in balancing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • SMSTS certified.
  • Flexible to travel occasionally as required.
