The role focuses on building consulting and broking capabilities, driving revenue growth, and delivering holistic wellbeing solutions for mid-market and corporate clients.
The successful candidate will collaborate across Isio’s EB and WH&W teams, design scalable delivery processes, and guide a high-performing team to achieve Isio’s 2030 vision.
