We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a highly successful PLC volume franchise dealer in Aberdeen. The Aftersales Manager will oversee daily operations within the busy aftersales department, supporting both front-of-house activities and the overall management of the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Duties of an Aftersales Manager
  • Lead and support the aftersales team to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Oversee daily department operations to maintain productivity and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company policies.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Use DMS systems accurately to manage workshop and service scheduling.
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets.
  • Monitor and implement health and safety protocols.
Requirements of an Aftersales Manager
  • Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, at a supervisory level.
  • Strong knowledge of DMS systems.
  • Proven track record of effective team management.
  • Full UK manual driving licence with minimal penalty points.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
