Location: Cambuslang Gate (Rutherglen/Cambuslang Alert)
Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm
Salary / Hourly Rate: £52,392 - £53,177

We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Community Alarm Service, ensuring people can live safely, independently, and with confidence in their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a 24/7 Technology Enabled Care and Response Service, including the responder services, community alarms.

The successful candidate will have significant management experience within a Care at Home, or social care setting, together with strong leadership, partnership working, and change management skills. You will be committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering positive outcomes for people who use our services.
