Delivery Manager – BFSI IRC

As a Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, operational performance, and profitable growth across client engagements.
Working in partnership with Account Leadership, you will lead distributed teams, drive transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong BFSI experience, with expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Services.

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
• Strong BFSI domain expertise, preferably within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management.
• Proven track record managing delivery organizations and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing leadership, with demonstrated experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Financial & commercial acumen, including experience managing delivery financials, forecasting, and commercial performance across T&M, fixed capacity, fixed price, and fixed outcome engagements.
• Broad technical knowledge across Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, AI, and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted delivery and the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC/DLC) is required; hands‑on experience implementing AI solutions is a strong plus.

• Own end-to-end delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
• Drive delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead teams across multiple delivery locations to provide seamless client experience.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and engineering best practices.

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning technology delivery with client business objectives.
• Drive customer satisfaction, account advocacy, and executive stakeholder engagement.

• Partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Support solution development, proposals, and strategic account planning.
• Manage portfolio financial performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, and forecasting.

• Build and develop high-performing delivery teams (of 50 to 100)
• Coach and mentor delivery leaders and future talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
