As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of Wallace Well Farm, working closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver great hospitality and drive the business forward.

You'll:

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy Farmhouse Inn.
• Lead from the front and set the standard for brilliant customer service.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team, helping everyone perform at their best.
• Build a positive team culture through strong communication and visible leadership.
• Take ownership of shifts and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Help drive sales across our food, drinks, carvery and wider customer occasions.
