Ragtag Arts is seeking an Operations Manager to lead staff and volunteers, coordinate day‑to‑day operations across both venues, and support strategic direction. The role is fixed term for two years with a view to extension and involves practical involvement with workshops and events.
You will supervise teams, manage bookings, and uphold health, safety and operational policies while collaborating with Directors and the wider Ragtag team.
