Key responsibilities- Leadthebackshiftoperation,settingclearexpectationsanddeliveringproductionandservicetargets.
- Maintainfoodsafety,healthandsafety,product quality,traceabilityandcustomerspecificationstandards.
- Managestaffingandlabourcosts,includingteamrotation,holidaysandabsencecover.
- Monitorperformanceandimproveyield,labour efficiency,wasteandproductgiveaway.
- Developyourmanagersandtheirteamsthroughtraining,performancemanagementandsuccessionplanning.
- Runstructuredmeetings,keepcommunicationclearandensureissuesareescalatedandproductionsystemsareusedcorrectly.
- Significantmanagementexperiencewithinfoodmanufacturing,withstrongleadershipandpeoplemanagementskills.
- ExperienceworkingtoBRCstandards.
- Level3
Food Hygieneorequivalent,plusHACCPcertification. - Someonewhocanmotivateteams,holdpeopleaccountableandturnimprovementplansintoresults.
- Goodnumeracy,attentiontodetailandclearspokenandwritten
English. - Aflexible,adaptableapproachandawillingnesstosupportothers’development.
- HaverighttoworkintheUK.
