Work For Scotland seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead one of Scotland’s largest public service operations within Social Security Scotland. The role focuses on delivering performance, resilience and service outcomes across a devolved benefit system.
Based mainly in Glasgow and Dundee, you will manage an operational workforce of around 3,000, drive continuous improvement, and engage with Ministers and local partners to ensure accountable, dignified public services.
