JOB SUMMARY### Overview Working within Aureos’ Energy Business Unit, and forming a part of the Commercial team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor plays an integral part in delivering exceptional commercial results. Core responsibilities encompass project delivery, commercial reporting and maximising profit.

With sustainable growth in mind, our Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for leading the commercial team in completing and maintaining well organised records, the timely production of applications for payment  and accurate project reporting. Additionally, leading in contract review, management of junior staff and dispute resolution Duties Primary tasks and duties:

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial team in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure the profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of all schemes.

Your role will require you to:–       Management of application and credit control processes–       Management of optimisation of income–       Management of all processes with regard to costing and forecasting–       Management of change control system–       Input into the management of project risk–       Management of CTC and CVRs–       Management of the full sub-contract cycle–       Competently review and administer contracts–       Provision of commercial advice to Project Team–       Development of team spirit and trustworthiness within Project Commercial Team and with Client and S/C–       Management of dispute resolution–       Communications within the Project Commercial Team and with the Project Team–       Management of Training plans–       Offering detailed, substantiated commercial advice–       Contract review–       Input into the tendering process
