• Operate and programme CNC machinery to produce high-quality components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing outputs.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Experience in quality control and inspection processes within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining equipment efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing setting.

• Competitive salary in the range of £33000 to £40000, based on experience + 25% night shift allowance
• DAY SHIFT ONLY AVAILABLE TOO! (Excluding the shift allowance).
• Working Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday 9pm to 7am
