A specialized manufacturing company in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to oversee plant maintenance and ensure equipment efficiency. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in hydraulics and pneumatics within automated settings. The ideal candidate has a Time Served Apprenticeship or HNC in Engineering/Manufacturing and at least three years of relevant experience.
