Switchgear Mechanical Fitter – Panel Assembly

First Achieve is looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a leading switch gear manufacturer in Glasgow, Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and experience in mechanical fit outs of Switchgear, including coppering out on a busbar system.

The role involves interpreting manufacturing drawings, assembling electrical control panels, and fitting hardware such as handles. Additionally, candidates should be ready for possible site work within the UK. After two years of service, applicants may join the company’s private healthcare plan and gain extra holiday for long service.
