Our prestigious client is a world-leading print equipment manufacturer with a global reputation for its products and customer service within the high-speed, eco-friendly Inkjet Print solutions sector.

Role

Experienced Product Trainer responsible for providing sales-driven training and product demonstrations to new customers, key accounts, dealers, and the retail channel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Multi-Function Devices, duplicators, and high-end production Inkjet printers.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive classroom training materials.
  • Spend the majority of time at the client’s Hertfordshire office and conduct training at customer sites.
  • Contribute to marketing activities by establishing product vision buy-in, developing pricing and positioning strategies, translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and scoping activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to achieve quick time-to-market and optimal resource use.
  • Drive product launches, evaluate promotional plans, and ensure messages are consistent with product line strategy.
  • Act as a product evangelist, build awareness and understanding, and represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
Qualifications
  • Experienced trainer with a passion for sharing knowledge of Inkjet Printing products.
  • Strong face-to-face classroom training experience and proven ability to create custom training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across marketing, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
  • Resident of the United Kingdom is required.
