Job Introduction Are you an Operative eagerly looking for your next role? Then please read on… We are currently looking for an Operative at our Packed Products plant in Glasgow
. As the successful Operative, you will be responsible for undertaking all site duties safely, understanding CRH and SHE safety.

• Meeting daily production target requirements
• Reporting data for quality purposes
• Moving, loading and unloading product from the plant and vehicles
• Meeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround
• Driving continuous improvement of performance standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement of plant and production methods
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping

As our ideal Operative, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. You will also:

• Possess good communication skills and be numerate
• Be a proficient communicator
• Be a strong team player
• Have experience of manual handling
• Hold an FLT licence (desirable)
