A leading, rapidly expanding FMCG food manufacturer in East Glasgow is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to spearhead the rollout of Lean and CI projects across their factory site. This is a pivotal, days-based position where you will directly influence production efficiency, eliminate waste, and elevate product quality

Key Responsibilities of the CI Coordinator- Championing Lean Initiatives:
Present, facilitate, and lead high-impact Lean improvement events and workshops across the factory. - Data-Driven Problem Solving:
Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis, leverage Business Central Data, and use precise measurement methods to map and document clear process improvements. - Strategic Reporting:
Develop and deliver concise reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), tracking milestones, engagement, and alignment with our global Lean agenda. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with floor-level production teams to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and streamline information flow across departments. - Safety Leadership:
Proactively integrate safety awareness into every improvement strategy—ensuring efficiency never comes at the cost of safety. - Project Oversight:
Manage and maintain full visibility over multiple concurrent CI projects from conception to completion.
- A solid background in a complex fast paced manufacturing environment (Operations, Production, or Process).
- Proven knowledge and practical experience with CI tools and Lean methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills—you are comfortable interpreting data to build a compelling business case for change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage operators on the shop floor and influence stakeholders in the boardroom.
