• Follow job instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
• Monitor product quality and report defects immediately
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards, including correct PPE use
• Work collaboratively in a team‑based environment
• Participate in relevant training and cross‑training
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site

• Basic education level
• Ability to follow instructions and processes with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and participate in training and cross‑training activities
• Experience in a production, manufacturing, despatch, logistics, or electrical environment
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience operating production machinery
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. ISO, GMP)
• Multi‑skilled or trained across multiple production areas
