Production Operative

• Hand trimming and assembly of any product that you are trained to do
• Following drawn and written assembly instructions
• Operation of hand and power tools
• Operation of company forklifts (only if fully trained or hold a current licence)
• Operation of overhead cranes (training provided)
• Testing, inspection and certifying processes and finished products
• Reporting defects/issues to management as soon as possible
• Recording of all production and inspection data
• Correct use of all safety equipment provided including PPE
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and H&S instructions
• Assist with the upkeep of a tidy and organised working environment

This is not an exhaustive list but encompasses the main duties that will be required of you on a daily basis, from time to time you may be asked to perform occasional duties at the discretion of your manager.
