The Glasgow Distillery Co. in Glasgow is seeking a full-time Whisky Distillery Operator. You will work across a 7 day, 2 shift system, handling mashing, distillation, cask filling and data recording in a busy production environment.
You will contribute to sensory evaluation, quality control and continuous improvement, with routine equipment checks and forklift operation as part of the role. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential.
