Timken in the United Kingdom is seeking a manufacturing cell lead to drive output and 100% quality within a fast-paced production environment. You will lead one or more cells, train team members and coordinate with engineering, quality assurance and production control to meet customer requirements.
We look for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrated experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
