We're looking for a Machine Operative to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton.
This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring packing line machinery to ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing- Setting up and operating production machinery
- Running packing lines safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality and product checks
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting issues
- Ensuring products are packed and sealed correctly
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
- Completing production checks and records
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Working with Line Leaders and the wider Production team to meet daily targets
- Previous experience as a Machine Operative, Production Operative, Food Production Operative, Factory Operative, Process Operative or Machine Minder
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or food production environment is beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- A strong focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, motivated and a good team player
- £14.57 per hour
- £31,811.62 annual salary
- Permanent full-time position
- 4-day working week
