Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm;
Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicle panels to achieve high-quality results. You'll need to work accurately, follow the appropriate repair processes and ensure completed paintwork meets the required standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Preparing vehicle panels and surfaces for refinishing.

· Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve accurate results.

· Applying primers, basecoats, clear coats and other refinishing products.

· Blending paintwork to achieve a consistent finish across repaired areas.

· Inspecting completed work and correcting imperfections where necessary.

· Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint shop environment.

· Following health and safety procedures and established refinishing processes.

ABOUT YOU

· Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Refinishing / Automotive Paint Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / VRQ / ATA or equivalent), with an ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.

· Previous experience working as an Automotive Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Vehicle Refinisher.

· Confident in vehicle preparation, paint mixing, colour matching and paint application.

· Able to produce high-quality finishes with excellent attention to detail.

· Good understanding of refinishing products, processes and safe working practices.

· Takes pride in workmanship and consistently maintains quality standards.

· Reliable, organised and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
