• Plan and deliver high‑performing paid media strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Own day‑to‑day campaign management including launching, testing, analysing, and optimising to drive measurable results.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and identify new growth opportunities for clients.
• Convert performance data into clear, actionable insights.
• Work collaboratively with client leads and internal teams to ensure paid activity is integrated and impactful.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, performance trends, and best practices to keep clients at the cutting edge.

• A performance specialist with experience managing multi‑channel paid campaigns.
• Someone with agency experience who enjoys the pace and variety it brings.
• Comfortable using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads on a daily basis.
• Analytical, curious, and commercially savvy.
• Confident managing six‑figure budgets and delivering strong ROI.
• A proactive problem‑solver who loves testing, learning, and iterating.
• Comfortable leading client conversations with clarity and authority.
