Marketing Executive – Glasgow (Studio-Based)
A brilliant opportunity has opened for a Marketing Executive to join a growing creative studio that specialises in design, brand experiences, and visual storytelling. This hands‑on, varied role is perfect for an ambitious individual excited by the pace and variety of a small but fast‑moving business.
You’ll work across the full marketing spectrum, from content creation and email marketing to campaign coordination, events support, and client liaison. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and get stuck into projects that genuinely move the needle.
This studio has big plans for 2025, and they're looking for someone who wants to grow with them.
Pay:
Up to £32,000
- Leading email marketing and basic automations
- Coordinating photography, video, and graphic assets
- Organising campaign shoots and supporting creative production
- Assisting with PR outreach and wider marketing opportunities
- Supporting events, launches, and brand activations
- Handling influencer research and potential collaborations
- Liaising with clients and supporting day‑to‑day communications
- Managing relationships with external suppliers or agencies
- Working closely with design to ensure smooth project delivery
- Circa 2 years+ in a similar role
- Strong copywriting skills and a good feel for tone of voice
- Experience with CRM tools (Mailchimp, Mailer Lite or Hub Spot preferred)
- Comfortable with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Awareness of emerging marketing and tech trends (AI, AEO, new tools)
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects independently
- A driver’s licence is advantageous
- Above all: friendly, proactive, and genuinely willing to be a sponge and learn from the team

- Monday–Friday studio hours (9am–5pm) with occasional paid‑back TOIL for events
