Mac Gregor Black is partnering with a high‑growth consumer brand to appoint an Interim Head of Performance Marketing & Digital Growth
. This is a critical role focused on commercial performance, trading momentum, and disciplined execution across paid, ecommerce, and digital channels.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the marketing organisation through a key transition period, maintaining a strong operational rhythm while sharpening performance output across DTC and marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities- Own weekly trading performance across DTC and marketplaces, setting clear priorities and ensuring efficient execution.
- Drive improvements in ROAS, ACOS, CAC and contribution margin through disciplined, data‑led optimisation.
- Maintain and optimise performance across Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok Shop and Amazon
, ensuring strong content, channel hygiene and merchandising standards. - Partner with Ecommerce and Product teams to drive incremental CRO and onsite conversion improvements
. - Oversee paid creative, testing roadmaps and performance‑led storytelling across channels.
- Ensure campaigns, content and creative workflows support trading priorities and growth targets.
- Maintain UGC, influencer and creator pipelines that directly support performance and acquisition goals.
- Provide brand guardianship and consistency without redefining long‑term brand strategy.
- Lead and support a multi‑disciplinary team across performance, digital, CRM, creative, social social and marketplaces.
- Provide clarity, accountability and pace during the maternity cover period.
- Support ongoing hiring, onboarding and agency management where required.
- Work closely with Finance to support forecasting, performance reporting and trading communication.
- Improve KPI visibility, reporting structure and operational processes where needed.
- A marketing leader with deep performance marketing experience within DTC consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of paid media, marketplaces, CRM and the link between creative and commercial outcomes.
- Commercially driven, with experience owning trading performance and acquisition efficiency.
- A calm, structured operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and periods of change.
- Comfortable being hands‑on while leading and supporting teams.
- Clear communicator who brings focus, direction and momentum.
- Experience with Tik Tok Shop and Amazon is highly advantageous.
