POSITION: VM & In-Store Marketing Project Manager BASED:
Glasgow

Our VM Managers manage, support and deliver the BYOMA Global Visual Merchandising strategy by working with internal and external stakeholders, developing fixture and event design and ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all retailer channels. Ultimately, our VM team is responsible for delivering innovative retail experiences for our consumers that align with our brand strategy and business goals, across all physical channels of distribution globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and maintain all Visual Merchandising execution and store expression according to brand guidelines, this will involve working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders on delivering the brands’ vision on all POS materials for all physical points of distribution.
  • Support the execution of integrated in-store marketing campaigns, ensuring Visual Merchandising aligns with above-the-line marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Create CPAs/schedules; assess and flag risks for all VM projects.
  • Manage, update and maintain the VM Master List across all permanent (NSO & resets) and temporary (updates & events) projects. Flag any risk to management and key stakeholders and propose alternative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively to align all Retailer reset/rebuild updates and promo with the VM master calendar ensuring that every project is on track and delivered on time.
  • Create Visual Merchandising Design brief based on all relevant information shared by Sales, Marketing and Retail partners.
  • Create planograms and rationalize shelf productivity in partnership with the Sales team. Planograms to include in-depth knowledge of POS manufacture, materials and lead times.
  • Work collaboratively with Design to finalize the design proposal for internal and external review.
  • Facilitate the VM and Design meeting and run through all necessary projects, ensuring all information is captured and considered.
  • Work collaboratively with Retail Partners and attend meetings when needed
  • Raise POs, track and file all CAPEX and OPEX costs whilst maintaining the VM budget and tracker
  • Lead the end-to-end timeline for all VM projects from sales/retailer brief through to post launch evaluation.
  • Manage the execution of in-store marketing activations from briefing through to post-launch review, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • This will include extensive multi-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Design to define and maintain clear project objectives, scope, schedules, quality standards, and ensure project alignment and timely communication of updates and actions.
  • Lead internal project progress and performance meetings, providing internal stakeholders with detailed updates and strategic insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk analyses and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Identify and communicate all project interdependencies and ensure any potential issues are flagged in advance to allow all relevant stakeholder the opportunity to align on a resolution.
