Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can turn big ideas into bold action. You'll own the marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and deliver campaigns that get noticed, across digital, events, and beyond. You'll lead a marketing executive, manage budgets, and collaborate with agencies and partners to maximize impact. This is a role for someone who thrives on shaping strategy, influencing leaders, and getting results that matter.

What

You'll Do
  • Lead & Strategize: Own the marketing roadmap, campaigns, and multi-channel strategy, keeping everything aligned with business goals.
  • Brand & Communications: Shape our brand, craft compelling messaging, and manage corporate reputation. Represent us at events and industry forums.
  • Digital & Growth: Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, SEO, paid media, content, and social. Optimize the customer journey and measure performance.
  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

    Work with sales, product, HR, finance, and innovation teams to amplify marketing impact.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Build, guide, and manage external agency relationships to deliver creative campaigns and efficient spend.
  • Leadership & Influence: Mentor your team, present insights to the executive team, and identify opportunities that drive growth.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years in multi-channel marketing with B2B/B2C experience.
  • Skilled in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Experience of managing licenced brands is of interest.
  • Strong leader with excellent stakeholder management and financial acumen.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on collaboration and delivering measurable results.
