Role OverviewOur marketing team plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growth by increasing brand awareness, generating enquiries, and delivering effective marketing activity across the business. This role is suited to someone with prior practical marketing experience who is looking to build on their existing skills within a professional services environment.
You will support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across digital, content, and campaign support. The role includes a strong focus on assisting with off-page SEO and link building with the support of agency partners, alongside broader marketing coordination and administrative support. You will work closely with senior members of the marketing team, with clear guidance and opportunities for progression.
You will be empowered to work independently, spot opportunities for improvement, while still having the support from Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing M anager and an experienced Marketing Executive alongside a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Developer & Designer .
The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the Glasgow office, upon completion of office-based training.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & SEO Support :
- Support SEO activity, including outreach and relationship building to assist link acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and results.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on SEO and digital campaign performance.
- Carry out routine website updates and digital campaign housekeeping tasks.
Marketing & Campaign Support :
- Coordinate content activity, including newsletters and scheduled social media posts.
- Support branded materials, merchandise, and print production.
- Assist with the organisation of events, internal communications, and campaigns.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support across the department.
- Interest in digital marketing and SEO, with willingness to continue developing.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicator with a practical, solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrable marketing experience in a role or placement
- Relevant qualification in marketing, communication or related
- Strong teamwork
- Proficient in common digital marketing tools and systems
- Experience with backlink (full training will be provided if no experience)
