About Us:

Echelon Group is on an exciting journey. From delivering world-class fundraising events to scaling the fast-growing Echelon Club, we are evolving rapidly and raising the bar in everything we do.

Our culture is defined by ambition, ownership, creativity, and a relentless commitment to excellence — qualities we look for in every person who joins our team.

We are now seeking a Marketing Manager & Creative Designer to help shape, elevate, and accelerate the next phase of our growth.

This role is ideal for someone hungry for ownership — a true marketer-designer hybrid who wants to grow quickly, build a distinctive brand, and make a meaningful impact within a rapidly scaling organisation.

What You Will Lead Marketing & Brand Management
  • Own and execute the Echelon Group and Echelon Club marketing strategy across digital, social, and partner channels.
  • Elevate brand visibility by amplifying our events, experiences, partnerships, and charitable impact.
  • Create compelling content, copy, visuals, and campaigns that bring our stories to life and strengthen our brand position.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and the Events, Club, and Fundraising teams to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output.
In-House Design
  • Designing high-impact creative assets including pitch decks, event materials, social graphics, membership and client brochures, sponsor packs, email templates, and brand collateral.
  • Managing and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Producing design work for fundraising events, gala dinners, hospitality packages, digital campaigns, and Club member communications.
  • Maintaining design libraries, templates, and shared creative resources for internal teams.
Campaign & Content Execution
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital campaigns supporting Club membership growth, event attendance, and brand engagement.
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring a consistent cadence of high-quality, on-brand output.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity against clear KPIs.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and marketing deliverables effectively while supporting business development through impactful storytelling and marketing materials.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or integrated marketing role.
  • Strong graphic design capability supported by a professional creative portfolio.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Confidence in content strategy, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue and growth.
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Proficiency Required
  • Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva Pro or similar design tools.
  • Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Experience with CMS platforms and website management.
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation design capability.
Personal Attributes We are Looking For
  • A true marketer-designer hybrid with sharp creative instincts and strong brand storytelling ability.
  • Highly creative, visually driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Commercially minded and results-focused.
  • A proactive self-starter who can operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Collaborative, confident, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
