ABOUTTHE ROLE
This role acts as a trusted right-hand to the Chair of Regional Marketing Board (CRMB), bringing structure, pace and follow-through to the delivery of global marketing priorities across the organisation.
This position requires a strong, well-rounded marketing professional with a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, capable of managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, and translating strategy into well-executed activity. The role is critical in helping the team operate efficiently, consistently and with impact as we work towards our annual goals.
The Marketing Manager works under the direction of the CRMB and is instrumental in delivering the marketing strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DOStrategic support and planning
- Work closely with the CRMB to translate global marketing strategy and annual priorities into actionable plans.
- Support planning, prioritisation and coordination of key initiatives across brand, digital, content, campaigns and events.
- Act as a trusted partner, providing structure, follow-through and clarity across initiatives.
Marketing project management
- Lead and manage integrated marketing projects, ensuring clear scopes, timelines, ownership and delivery.
- Track progress against plans, flag risks early, and ensure momentum across multiple work streams.
- Support delivery of priority initiatives including brand positioning rollout, digital foundations, content development and campaign activity.
Stakeholder management and collaboration
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including the Regional Marketing Board, BD & Sales, Digital, and regional teams.
- Act as a connector between global strategy and regional execution, helping ensure alignment and consistency.
Marketing delivery and oversight
- Support and oversee delivery across key marketing disciplines, including:
- Brand and messaging
- Campaigns and events
- Digital, SEO and performance foundations
- Ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial priorities and supports BD and Sales objectives.
- Ensure quality and consistency across outputs, in line with global standards.
Regional Marketing Board Support
- Play a key role in supporting the Regional Marketing Board on planning and structuring activity in line with global frameworks to ensure alignment between regional priorities and global marketing direction.
Measurement, Reporting & Improvement
- Support tracking/reporting of marketing activity against agreed KPIs and goals.
- Help embed measurement, insight and reporting consistency across the team.
- Identify improvements in ways of working, tools, processes and collaboration.
- Experience in an end-to-end marketing role, not a purely tactical or digital position.
- Strong judgement, organisation and stakeholder management, with the confidence to operate across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders from the business and the wider Marketing team.
