The Meta Ads Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive performance and meet business objectives. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign results. Collaborating with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overarching marketing goals and staying updated on digital advertising trends are essential tasks of this role.

• Proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Campaign Management, including audience targeting and budget allocation
• Strong analytics and reporting skills to measure ad performance and implement data-driven optimizations
• Experience with digital marketing strategies, including ad copywriting and creative asset optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Relevant experience in paid social media advertising and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
