How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving awareness and engagement with Gallagher's global thought leadership content. You'll partner with digital experience, design, and web publishing teams to ensure our content meets user engagement and organic search traffic goals. You'll lead marketing campaigns that attract new users to Gallagher's content, manage publishing processes, and track campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI. Your work will help unify content efforts globally, delivering measurable value to clients and supporting revenue growth activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating across internal marketing resources to build strong relationships.
  • Managing timelines, reporting statuses, and monitoring campaigns.
  • Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in content production.
  • Activating global thought leadership campaigns and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
About you

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
  • Direct experience in digital content publishing and familiarity with search engine marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with project management tools like Workfront.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully and creating detailed work plans.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Experience in managing integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
