About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead, develop and deliver our marketing strategy for the Cancer Business Unit. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth through impact campaigns, strong brand leadership and data‑driven marketing.

You’ll act as the central point for all marketing activity, ensuring alignment with wider commercial goals while delivering measurable, high‑performing campaigns across multiple channels. Acting as the central hub for marketing, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, lead a small team and ensure campaigns are creative, effective and optimised for success.

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role

• Data‑driven approach with experience using analytics to inform decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing and developing team members
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
