Domus Vesta is on a simple but powerful mission: to help local households find local professionals they can genuinely trust. From plumbers and electricians to gardeners and decorators, we make it easy to find vetted, reliable people in your own community — and we give honest local tradespeople and professionals a fairer way to be discovered.
We are at the most exciting point in any company's life: the moment we scale. The brand and the voice are already in place — clear, distinctive and true to who we are. What we need now is a senior marketer who has grown a brand like this before, and who can take what we have built and put it in front of far more people — as a partner, not a hire.
Theopportunity (please read this part carefully)
Let us be upfront: this is a founding opportunity, not a salaried job. There is no cash compensation at this stage. What is on offer is rarer and, for the right person, far more valuable — a genuine seat at the table and the potential for equity in a company you help scale from its foundations.
This is for an experienced marketing and social-media leader who believes in what we are building and wants real ownership of it. You will set the growth strategy, scale our audience and get Domus Vesta in front of the households and professionals who need it — and you will have a real voice in the decisions that matter, not just a brief to deliver.
As we grow and raise, your early belief and contribution are exactly what equity is designed to reward.
We will begin with an initial period so both sides can be sure of the fit before we formalise the partnership and the equity that goes with it — you will be choosing us just as much as we are choosing you.
What you will do- Set the growth strategy. Define how we take an established brand to a far bigger audience, across the channels that matter
- Carry our brand to scale. Take our established voice — warm, trustworthy and proudly local — and amplify it consistently and at volume across every channel
- Drive growth on both sides. Reach more households who need trusted professionals, and more local professionals who want to be found
- Own social media end to end. From the growth strategy down to what good looks like in practice
- Bring the rigour. Set the goals, choose the metrics and tell us honestly what is working (we already have analytics and funnel tooling to build on)
- Help shape the company. As a founding voice, your input goes beyond marketing — you have a seat at the table
- A senior, experienced marketer with a proven track record of scaling brands and audiences — ideally in early-stage, startup or marketplace settings
- Someone who has taken a brand from early traction to real reach, and knows what it takes to get there
- Equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen
- Deeply fluent in social media and modern content — what makes people stop, trust and act
- In a position to invest your time and expertise now for a stake and a say later — and genuinely excited by that trade
- Self-directed, commercially minded and motivated by ownership rather than a pay cheque
- UK-based, with a real feel for the households and local communities we serve
- A seat at the table — a real voice in shaping the strategy, the growth and the company
- Equity potential — a meaningful stake for the right founding partner, confirmed once we have worked together and both wish to continue
