** The Marketing Manager will deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and activity to support customer acquisition, retention and value optimisation across Business Energy, ensuring effective execution, strong performance outcomes and alignment to marketing strategy.
** What you'll be doing
*** Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and activity, ensuring high standards of execution and performance
* Implement marketing plans across acquisition, in-life and retention, aligned to agreed priorities
* Manage the creative development process, working with agencies and stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns
* Support delivery of campaign performance targets, including customer growth, retention and engagement
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise activity and ROI
* Manage campaign-level budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of spend
* Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Sales and Digital teams to ensure aligned and effective execution
* Support delivery of compliant customer communications, meeting regulatory and business requirements
* Contribute to a test and learn approach, improving marketing effectiveness and performance over time
** What you'll bring
*** Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns in a business environment
* Understanding of acquisition, retention and customer lifecycle marketing
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Good analytical capability and ability to interpret performance data
* Experience working with marketing agencies and suppliers
* Experience in B2B marketing (desirable)
* Understanding of UK energy market (desirable)
** Minimum Criteria
*** Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience delivering marketing campaigns
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Analytical capability and attention to detail
