About the roleTM Forum is seeking a strategic and member focused VP Marketing to lead our global marketing function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will define and execute a Mission-led marketing strategy that grows TM Forum’s influence, expands our global communities, accelerates adoption of Mission priorities and drives measurable commercial impact across membership, events, education, insights and collaboration programs.
You will lead the ongoing evolution of marketing to a community-centric growth engine. Working closely with Mission, Product, and Commercial leaders, you will align marketing investment to member experience, organizational priorities, and commercial outcomes. Key areas of focus include brand and thought leadership, community growth, member acquisition, product marketing, demand generation, and AI-enabled marketing operations.
