Responsibilities:
• Own the Greenfield pipeline target and diagnose performance gaps.
• Translate global narratives into locally resonant proof points.
• Lead cross‑functional, omni‑channel ABM campaigns and events in partnership with sales.
• Build and execute data‑driven ABM programs that generate qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, PM, customer success, and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging and execution.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in ABM within high‑growth settings.
• Strong AI fluency and knowledge of AI‑driven solutions.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with proven ability to measure and optimize marketing ROI.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional influence and leadership across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Experience driving pipeline growth and proficiency with marketing automation/CRM platforms.
Reports to the Regional & Partner Marketing group, a global team of strategists and owners shaping Atlassian’s next chapter region by region.
