Bright/Shift is seeking a Junior Performance Creative Strategist (PCA) to join a production-led client cell in the U.K. You will be the engine translating data into creative insights and supporting both the PCA and Production PCA in shaping ads.
The role grows in two directions: toward PCA ownership or toward Creative Producer responsibilities. You will learn through briefing, ideation, and delivery, gaining hands-on experience with data, footage library, and creative references.
