Position: Digital Content Manager - 9 Month FTC Maternity Cover

About the role

The Website and App Content Manager leads the end-to-end management of website and app content, overseeing a team responsible for delivering engaging, high‑performing digital experiences across global markets. This role combines cross‑functional collaboration, leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to drive impactful campaigns, seamless customer journeys, and continuous optimisation across all digital touchpoints.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Content, the role works to enhance the customer’s digital experience with Charlotte Tilbury, while leading a high‑performing content team in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the website and app content team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Run the end‑to‑end process for all website and app content, from ideation, briefing, approval and builds, collaborating cross‑functionally to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure all website and app content globally (homepages, PDPs, PLPs, story pages) is aligned with the trade and marketing strategies and priorities – balancing BAU activity, product and digital campaigns and localisation nuances.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to determine onsite and in‑app customer journeys, delivering Figma flows for content and creative teams to follow when briefing and building.
  • Approve all website and app assets before delivery and all builds before go‑live.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content across site and app, using data‑driven insights to proactively optimise live and future content.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver new and evolve existing functionality, leading a team that briefs, builds and publishes across the website and app.
  • Liaise with external vendors to optimise the use of their tools and ensure appropriate allocation of budget for each.
  • Act as a key stakeholder within digital to plan and deliver the digital 360 content calendar and NPD campaigns, leading on the website and app ideation and retrospective analysis.

About you
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing digital content across e‑commerce websites and apps.
  • Experience partnering with technology and CX teams with a track record of delivering innovative digital solutions and improving customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (Contentful experience highly desirable).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targets.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, forward‑think and manage own time is imperative.
  • Thinks both highly creatively and commercially with an innovative flare.
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Genuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Experience managing a multi‑skilled team.
