Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an experienced Art Director for our in-house Creative Agency. You will translate brand purpose into visually engaging assets, delivering high‑quality content across campaigns and channels.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop mood boards, lead on-set art direction, collaborate with design, marketing and production teams, and explore Generative AI to enhance concept development while maintaining the brand's luxurious storytelling.
