Monese is seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to build and optimize multichannel campaigns using Braze. You will own the delivery, QA, and audience segmentation to ensure timely execution and data-driven improvements.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data and BI teams to align strategy, monitor performance, and drive lifecycle initiatives across email, push, SMS, and in-app messages. English fluency and fintech familiarity are important.
