This is an ambitious, growing business operating in the property space, specialising in brand activation and experiential marketing. Connecting brands with audiences across the UK. They're building a five-person team to drive the next phase of growth. It's a small team with real ownership, visible impact and a culture that values clear thinking, honest collaboration and hands-on delivery.

This is a broad, senior content role with genuine authority and scope. You'll own the content strategy, editorial calendar, social planning, copy quality, PR pipeline and sales enablement materials. Turning strong ideas and source material into clear, credible communications that actually get used.

Day to day you'll be writing and editing across website, campaigns, case studies, PR, social and sales content, building a library of customer proof points and evidence, managing the PR and media story pipeline, and developing partner narratives and thought leadership. You'll work closely with the campaigns, design and sales teams, and you'll have the authority to challenge weak briefs and incomplete inputs.

You'll have strong content strategy experience alongside solid social or editorial planning capability. Excellent copywriting and editing skills are essential, as is a track record of producing customer stories, PR materials or sales content that makes a genuine commercial difference. You'll be confident improving source material, comfortable challenging stakeholders constructively, and someone who brings both creative craft and commercial curiosity to your work.
