About the Job
This is an integrated campaign role with genuine commercial responsibility. You'll own the campaign calendar, audience segmentation, channel mix, paid activity and campaign learning, leading the rhythm that brings the whole marketing team together around each commercial opportunity.

You'll be hands-on across paid search and paid social within agreed budgets, running tests, optimising performance and making clear decisions on what to scale, change or stop. You'll brief in content, creative and digital requirements, work closely with sales on lead quality and nurture, and take ownership of how campaigns perform end to end. About the Candidate
You'll have strong B2B campaign experience with evidence of real commercial impact. Hands-on paid search and paid social capability is essential, along with good judgement on audience, offer, budget and optimisation. You'll be someone who enjoys thinking and doing in equal measure, comfortable setting the strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to execute it. Positive, collaborative and decisive, with the energy to drive a campaign rhythm in a fast-moving, ambitious SME environment.
