• Getting out and about across Glasgow, introducing local residents to our brand
• Bringing campaigns to life through genuine, friendly conversations
• Winning people over with your personality and product knowledge
• Turning curiosity into real results — sign‑ups, interest, and sales
• Planning your own route and diary each day
• Watching your earnings grow in line with what you achieve
• Sharing what's working (and what's not) with the wider team to help shape future campaigns

• A natural talker who isn't fazed by knocking on a stranger's door
• Independent and organised enough to run your own day
• Thick‑skinned enough to shrug off a  no thanks  and move on to the next
• Motivated by uncapped, performance‑based earnings
• A driver with your own transport (preferred, not essential)
• New to marketing and looking for a role that'll actually teach you the ropes

• Uncapped commission‑only earnings, OTE £600–£750/week
• Full training from day one, plus ongoing coaching
