Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for DOOH, digital, and social campaigns from concept through to final delivery

Collaborate with the Head of Creative, planners, and account teams to translate briefs into strong visual ideas

Develop and maintain brand consistency across R4 and client-facing materials

Produce motion and static content for pitches, campaigns, and internal marketing

Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients

Stay on top of design trends, DOOH formats, and industry best practice

Requirements

Proven experience as a designer, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital, motion, and print

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); motion design skills a plus

Understanding of DOOH or outdoor advertising formats is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly

A collaborative, proactive approach and eye for detail

What You Get

The opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns with a growing agency

Front-row seat on a genuinely ambitious growth period

Offices in Cardiff, London and other locations, with flexibility on where you're based

25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays

Private healthcare is available after the successful completion of probation

Company pension scheme, with employer contribution

Company laptop and full working setup provided

Training and professional development support, aligned to progression

Regular team and company events

Wellbeing support, including mental health awareness initiatives

Flexible working where appropriate, once core responsibilities are embedded
