We're looking for an exceptional Creative Designer to join our growing creative team. You'll work closely with the Head of Creative and Marketing Director to develop compelling visual concepts across OOH campaigns, brand content, social media, and marketing collateral - helping bring client and internal brand stories to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative assets for DOOH, digital, and social campaigns from concept through to final delivery
Collaborate with the Head of Creative, planners, and account teams to translate briefs into strong visual ideas
Develop and maintain brand consistency across R4 and client-facing materials
Produce motion and static content for pitches, campaigns, and internal marketing
Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
Stay on top of design trends, DOOH formats, and industry best practice
RequirementsProven experience as a designer, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital, motion, and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); motion design skills a plus
Understanding of DOOH or outdoor advertising formats is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
A collaborative, proactive approach and eye for detail
